Karen brings 22 years of valuable experience to Integrity First Commercial Real Estate as the former Assistant Executive Director of Scottsdale's McCormick Ranch Property Association, one of the largest master-planned communities in Arizona. Since 2005 Karen has furthered her career as a Principal in Integrity First Propery Management, which was just ranked #5 in Arizona for 2008 by the Arizona Business Journal.

Karen initially began her career as a computer programmer and designed the original software platform used by McCormick Ranch. Consequently, Karen's technological background helps play a pivital role in all of her current successful business interests.

Karen has earned the distinguished professional designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) through CAI and served on CAI's Legislative Action Committee for several years. Additionally, Karen recently graduated from the highly acclaimed Scottsdale Leadership program's Class of XIX- a distinguished organization which helps to develop the leaders of Arizona's future.

In her spare moments, Karen spends time with her family, and when able, enjoys travelling to exotic locations where she develops her 2 favorite passions: the exploration of ancient ruins and scuba diving.
