As a 4th generation Arizonan, Chris has always maintained a close relationship with the local building industry. Along with his training in landscape design and installation, Chris worked with his family in the largest demolition company in the state of Arizona as a heavy equipment operator, operator foreman, and interior demolition foreman for over 7 years. In 2005 Chris began working for one of the largest master planned communities in the Western United States. In this role, Chris has had experience in every facet of association management resulting in his promotion as Director of Regulations and Architectural Change.

As an Association Liaison with Integrity First Commercial Real Estate, Chris has the opportunity to employ the broad range of construction skills which he has honed over his 17 years in the real estate/construction industry. Additionally, Chris has received specialized training regarding the identification and removal of construction hazardous materials. Chris is also nearing the completion of his Construction Management degree with Arizona State University and is fluent in Spanish.
